Service Description

If you have had any previous work done and only want a phone consultation, please email me a picture of the area at; appts@brows2b.ca. This ensures you can still have work done on top of previous work. Thank you so much. This first meeting is to go over any questions and concerns with upcoming service. We will go over and discuss what desired outcomes you have in mind of colours, shapes, lifestyles that could affect longevity. I will map out a couple of shapes of brows to see what's best suited for your face. There is a DEPOSIT/BOOKING FEE prior to in person consultation appointments that will then be applied to the future service. However, if we do virtual appointment only. Then, I require a deposit after consultation to save booked date of actual service. Please refer to cancelation policy on policies pages of website. Thank you

Cancellation Policy

If you have to cancel your appointment for ANY reason, please contact me not less than 48 hours prior to your appointment. If you are more than 20 minutes late, that is considered a no show and you will have to pay a new deposit/booking fee for rescheduling any future appointment. NOTE: Deposit/booking fees are non-refundable, but is transferrable one time if given ample notice as stated above and scheduled within 3months of original appointment date.
